Fruity Yogurt with Granola

In a small microwave safe mixing bowl, melt the chocolate for 1-2 minutes with the milk. Once the chocolate is melted, add the rest of the ingredients. Mix until coated with chocolate. On a lined cookie sheet, spoon mixture on to it with teaspoon. Let it harden in refrigerator for half to one hour.
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
3 beaten eggs
2 ¾ cup milk
1 cup Heartland Lowfat Raisin Granola
enough butter or oil for greasing the pan
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Add eggs and milk and stir just until mixed through. Add granola to batter. Pour pancakes into preheated and greased pan. Cook over medium heat for 3 min each side.

Preheat oven 375 degrees.

Makes 2 ½ Dozen.

1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla

4 to 5 cups sliced apples
1 Tbs. lemon juice
¾ to 1 cup honey (depending on amount of apples)
½ cup flour
2 cups Heartland® Granola Cereal (any flavor)
1 cup brown sugar
¼ tsp. salt
½ cup butter, softened
ice cream, if desired
Place sliced apples in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Drizzle honey on top of apples. Mix flour and next three ingredients together. Cut the softened butter into mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs. Bake at 375°F for 45-55 minutes, or until the apples are cooked and the crust is golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
