Heartland® Peanut Butter Granola Bars


2 cups Heartland® Low Fat Granola

1 cup rice crispies

1 cup quick oats

¾ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

2/3 c p honey

2 cups chunky peanut butter


Spray cooking spray into a 9x11 baking dish. Set aside. Mix granola, crispies, oats and chocolate chips together in a large mixing bowl. Add peanut butter and honey mixture together with the dry ingredients. Press into baking   dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut bars and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Yields around 18-24 bars based on cut size.
