1 Heartland Granola Pie Crust
1 tub of Ready to Eat Cheesecake Filling-approximately 24.3 oz.
¾ can of Pure Pumpkin
2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
Mix filling, pumpkin and spice in container and add to the crust. Refrigerate for an hour. Cheesecake will have a soft consistency similar to Mousse.
For added flavor bake the crust for 5 minutes at 375° F before filling.
